Basically I go for initial assessment of student capacity by making very basic thing about the subject.aftyer getting this, i will ask him/her about the interesting menthod of teaching style, lesson plan and assigment submission plan. beside i will take exam oriented review after finishing each chapter.
based on the student catching capacity, i will modify the schedule and go ahead accordingly.

demonstrating example and solving question bank side by side.
Both physical and online classes can be mixed to overcome the monotony.

notes and reading material will be given regularly.
Even after finishing the contact, will be on touch for special help during exam time.
