Learning- centred and differentiated approach and combined teaching with play based activity as I clearly follow syllabus.To reduce child boredom I engage in games and fun activities.I adapt child's pace and learning style.I also conducted continuous assessments and provide feedback to track progress and support holistic development forcing on academic excellence while also building confidence, creativity, communication and problem-solving skills.
I provide enrichment support where necessary and maintain regular communication with the parents to ensure holistic development.For special student after doing my assignment i develop Individual Learning Plan and deliver structured.
