Make sure learners understand the concept by dwelling on what they should know. Allow learners ask questions where they feel they haven't understood. Always giving feedback immediately to learners. Make sure learners achieve their target by being available when needed. Ask learners to avail themselves to make sure our lessons are not interfered with. Understanding the various individual needs my learners so that I cater for all of them. Where notes are involved availing notes to the learners. Making sure assessments are timely and relevant to what we have covered.
