I believe in a dynamic, student-centered approach where I act as a facilitator rather than just a lecturer. My methodology focuses on active inquiry, using real-world examples to make abstract concepts tangible. This approach has consistently led to proven results, including a 15% increase in grade averages for my previous cohort. What truly makes me a great teacher, however, is my patience and ability to translate complex jargon into simple, relatable language that sticks. I utilize a Project-Based methodology. Rather than delivering a monologue, I guide students through the discovery process linking complex theories to Real-World Examples, Encouraging students to 'think out loud' to identify their own logic gaps and breaking down Mathematics into manageable milestones that build confidence.
