i feel i have a decent exposure to this pious field and have done justice with my previous assignments. i am myself a keen learner and an avid reader, and therefore seek for perfection in the tasks i perform. i lay emphasis on tracking the performance of the student and imbibe methodologies and techniques from various sources to develop best practices for students across all levels. a deep understanding of the subject knowledge is entailed for success but is a partial requirement. a thorough command over communication is a must for imparting the same coupled with gauging the level of the student is like icing on the cake. being eclectic in my approach gives me an edge and exposure to content development and training people from various walks of lives make me all the more suitable to impart what i learn, in a stupendous fashion. in a knowledge based economy, sharing information is of utmost importance. the information can be leveraged if the foundation is strong enough in order to comprehend it. i reckon that nothing is cast in stone and learning can be cultivated through correct approach in right direction.
