My teaching style is student-centered, focusing on making learning simple, clear, and practical for students at different levels. I adapt my approach based on each student’s needs, whether they are primary school learners or university students in health and management fields and i can teach by English, Oromic, Amharic language fluently.
I use a variety of teaching methods, including simplified notes, real-life examples, case-based learning, step-by-step explanations, and interactive discussions. I also incorporate quizzes and continuous assessment to monitor progress and reinforce understanding.
My goal is to help students not only understand the subject but also apply their knowledge confidently in exams and real-life situations. As a result, my students show improved academic performance, better critical thinking skills, and increased confidence in their studies.
What makes me a great teacher is my ability to communicate clearly, adapt to different learning levels, and create a supportive and motivating environment where students feel comfortable to ask questions and actively participate.
