As a special educator, I adopt a child-centered and inclusive approach that respects the unique abilities, needs, and learning pace of each learner, especially those with diverse disabilities. My methodology is rooted in individualized education planning (IEPs), differentiated instruction, and the use of multisensory teaching techniques to ensure effective learning outcomes. I incorporate visual aids, hands-on activities, assistive technology, and structured routines to create a supportive and engaging classroom environment. My teaching style is patient, empathetic, and flexible, focusing on building trust, confidence, and independence among students while encouraging active participation and social interaction. I continuously assess students through both formal and informal methods, adapting my strategies to maximize their academic and functional growth. The results of my approach are reflected in improved learning outcomes, enhanced communication and social skills, and greater self-esteem among my students.
