I am a highly experienced IB Diploma Programme and IGCSE Computer Science teacher, specialising in IB (SL & HL) and IGCSE (Edexcel & Cambridge) syllabi. I have a strong track record of supporting students to achieve excellent academic outcomes, particularly in challenging theory papers and coursework components.

In addition to exam preparation, I am an IB Extended Essay (EE) supervisor, guiding students through every stage of the EE process — from topic selection and research question formulation to methodology, analysis, and final writing. I support students in producing academically rigorous, well-structured essays that meet IB assessment criteria.

I teach a wide range of topics, including programming (Python and Java), algorithms and problem-solving, computer systems and operating systems, networks, cybersecurity, emerging technologies, IB Internal Assessment (IA), and exam strategy.

My teaching is structured, student-centred, and exam-focused. I tailor lessons to each student’s needs and use real-world examples to make complex concepts accessible and meaningful. There is a strong emphasis on exam technique, with students learning how to decode command terms, structure high-mark answers, and apply mark schemes accurately — a key factor in achieving top grades in IB and IGCSE.
