I concentrate on Learner centered approach, with Alot of graphics and real life examples. I use PowerPoint presentation to teach my content. I ensure to capture learners attention throughout teaching session. I assess learners understanding after every lesson. I ensure every learner understands and create time for those who need assistance. What makes me a great teacher is the fact that I give learners opportunity to express themselves and ensure I deliver the content for the best interest of all learners. I believe in servant leadership. Born to serve my students and ensure they become transformed members of the community. I teach their minds, Touch their hearts and transform their lives.
