First of all, I try to understand the learners individual ability before commencing to impart any knowledge. My approaches are practical based and will make you think more from experience angle than the stereotyped traditional methods of learning.

The learner should be active enough to value the time for self as well as for the tutor. The learner should willing to comply with basic human manners in terms of general behaviors expected from a common human being.
