I am a teacher who takes his time listening to how best the learners would want to learn, creates an environment that is free of fear and give tasks to students based on their readiness and abilities. I tend to use question and answer approach and in most cases allow learners to discover learning experiences themselves. I allow learners to do their best and achieve their full potential in an environment that is not stressful. I am equally a good communicator and that makes me give instructions more precisely making learners to know what they should do, how to do it and when to do it.
