I take example to explain and i make very friendly enviroment for my students,i never scold students on the basis of their performance, i try to do everything in a positive way due to which generally students like me as a teacher
If they don't understand i try to explain them in their way in which they can easily understand basically i mould myself as the students knowledge and methodology which result in very good thing
and because of this everybody appreciate me as a teacher
