My way is Simple with assignments and a diplomatic way....I m tried to teach the lesson each and every student very thoroughly...I don't want to waste student's time as well as my time..so each and every month I m giving assignments exams and activities as Well as homework too...

So from that only students can understand the lesson very well...if it's a primary class kid then I m strictly doing vocabulary Grammer and Pronunciation also... That parts are must...other wise they can't catch up the subject properly...Those are my methods to teaching students...

Children are very unique and different from each other...we need to understand them..specially there skills,abilities,talents and brain, thinking patterns..As a teacher I must understand those kinds of areas in our children..So then it's very easy to teach them...Students also will love to learn..They can get higher marks...They will love to their education..

We must attract them for the education...Doing some fun activities chatting with them are very good for students...Because they like to study while playing...then only they can remember the lessons also....

I think according to my method children can get good education
