I first interact with the learner before I decide the teaching style and methodology, I mostly use revision papers which help me to identify areas of strength and weakness of a learner. After identifying a problem I make sure that I solve it immediately. My aim as a great teacher is to make sure that the learner is able to meet parents expectations. I'm CBE teacher hence am able to guide and encourage learners so that he or she can have positive altitude and also know how to answer questions in assessment inorder to excel in academics.
