I attended Queens College in Guyana where I also thought Mathematics and Physics for a year after passing six (6) subjects at the Advanced Level of the General Certificate of Education Examinations and awarded the distinction of being a Guyana Scholar.
Being on a Government of Guyana Scholarship, I pursued studies at the University of London in the United Kingdom and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Physics and Mathematics. I was also awarded a European Commission Scholarship. I returned to Guyana to lecture at the University of Guyana in Physics and Mathematics. Further, I was marked CXC Physics Papers in Trinidad and Tobago.
I furthered my education by attending the University of Toronto in Ontario, Canada, and graduated with a Master of Science in Mathematics. While there, I was awarded a Graduate Assistantship and was a Teaching Assistant tutoring students in Financial Mathematics and Statistics. I also taught Physics and Computer Studies at the University of The Bahamas in the Bahamas. There also, I thought at the Training Center networking, programming, operating systems and various application software.
My education includes a number of certificates in the field of Information Technology and Communication in areas of computer architecture, operating systems, programming, networking, backup and storage security, and virtual computing.
I also acquired various Information Technology hardware and software systems skills during the course of my employment including building and installing, documenting, administering, and upgrading and or decommissioning, and was promoted to Team Leader.
