During my career across Silicon Valley startups, AI ventures, and global companies, including Macy's and Grocery Outlet, I noticed one pattern that never changed: the professionals who rose fastest were not the most talented — they were the ones who had started building the right skills earlier. That observation brought me back to Chennai, where I founded S Labs — an innovation studio focused on student growth, future-ready learning, and real venture building.

I am Sudharshan Sakthivel — educator, founder, and active AI consultant. I hold an MBA from Hult International Business School, a B.Tech from Anna University, Chennai, and certifications in Design Thinking and Innovation from IDEO U. I run S Labs, consult with Pfizer as an AI PCC Lead, and am building Fanssemble — a startup spun out of S Labs. I do not just teach these frameworks. I use them every day.

For school students (Classes 6–12), I build the foundational thinking skills that make every future subject and opportunity easier — AI Literacy, Design Thinking, Communication, Critical Thinking, and Confidence. Every session is grounded in real examples, not textbooks. The goal is a student who thinks more clearly and walks into every room with genuine confidence.
For college students and young professionals, I teach the real tools used inside product and startup teams — Lean Methodology, AI Systems, Startup Thinking, Storytelling for Influence, Presentation Skills, and Career Readiness — exactly as I apply them today, not as theory from years ago.

My teaching style is highly personalized, patient, and mentor-led. I do not believe in one-way lectures. I explain concepts clearly, ask thoughtful questions, and adapt every session to the student's level, pace, and goals. Sessions may include practical exercises, mock interviews, AI tool practice, mini projects, communication drills, and real-world case studies.
What makes my sessions different is that I actively integrate innovation and AI into my teaching. I bring current real-world insights, not outdated theory. Students learn skills that are relevant today and valuable tomorrow.

My goal is not only to help students perform better in their next exam or interview, but to help them grow into confident individuals who are ready for bigger opportunities.
