I believe Teaching is a learning process. Learning should be done in interactive manner. Students should enjoy studying it cannot be forced. One should try to listen to students rather than forcing them to listen to you. They should feel safe and happy.
I don't have any particular methodology, as it depends on kids to kids.
Result is guaranteed.
I like to allow students to ask me doubts untill they don't understand the concept.
I don't want to be a great Teacher, I just want to make a great student.
