My Teaching Style & Methodology
I believe teaching is not just about delivering lessons but about building a meaningful connection with students. My teaching style is simple, interactive, and student centered. I always try to explain complex topics in an easy and clear way so that students feel comfortable and confident while learning.
I focus on building a strong foundation, especially in grammar, vocabulary, and basic concepts, because many students struggle at this level. Instead of encouraging memorization, I guide students to understand the topic deeply. I ask questions, create discussions, and motivate students to speak so they can actively participate in the learning process.
I also adjust my teaching approach based on each student’s ability. Some students learn quickly, while others need more time and support. I try to understand their needs and teach accordingly. My goal is to make learning engaging and enjoyable rather than stressful.
My Methodology
I begin with basic concepts and gradually move towards more advanced topics. I use real life examples to make lessons more relatable and easier to understand. Regular practice plays an important role in my teaching because it helps students build confidence over time. I always encourage students to speak, especially when learning English, so they can develop fluency and reduce hesitation. I also monitor their progress regularly and adjust my teaching methods when necessary.
Results and Impact
Since I started teaching in 2018, I have worked with students from different classes and backgrounds. I have observed noticeable improvements in their grammar, vocabulary, speaking ability, and overall academic performance. Many students who were initially weak in English have become more confident and started achieving better results in their exams. Seeing their progress motivates me to continue improving as a teacher.
What Makes Me a Great Teacher
What makes me a strong teacher is not only my knowledge but also my dedication and understanding of students’ needs. I am patient and supportive, and I genuinely care about my students’ progress. I try to motivate them emotionally as well as academically. I continuously work on improving my teaching skills and methods. I do not only teach English, but I also try to build confidence, discipline, and a positive mindset in my students.
