I believe teaching is not selecting only high achievers, he or she should recognize every students with different learning speeds. I get happiness if a slow learner approaches to a good level by my classes. I could change skill of many children who really suffer to solve problems in mathematics and Physics, I remember one of the parents told about her child- " Mathematics was daring devil for Bobby, But now she likes it". This I remember always.
I believe teaching is a transformative process for developing a child by sharing mutual respect.
I keep a dairy which include the details of each students having the details of positives and drawbacks. I write the different methods to correct his/ her drawbacks.
I believe a teacher should approach different students in different way to enhance thier talents.
I believe a teacher should be active and ready to learn more things.
I remain flexible and responsive to the needs of students. At the same time a teacher should be strict in warm respect.
Now I don't remember the names of all my students, but I remember each cute face of my children...
