I teach Social Studies in a simple, interesting, and student-friendly way by explaining topics in an easy-to-understand manner with real-life examples. My focus is on helping students understand concepts clearly instead of just memorizing answers. I adjust my teaching style according to each student’s level, pace, and learning needs so that learning feels comfortable and enjoyable.
I can teach in English, Hindi, Marathi, and Kannada, which helps students learn and communicate in the language they are most comfortable with.
I also teach the Mahabharata to children in a simple, engaging, and age-appropriate way using the BORI Critical Edition as the main source. Prepared by the Bhandarkar Oriental Research Institute after decades of research and comparison of more than 1,200 Sanskrit manuscripts, it is considered one of the most authentic versions of the Mahabharata.
The classes include storytelling, discussions, values, and character understanding to help children connect deeply with the epic and its timeless lessons.
The same story is taught differently based on the child’s age and understanding:
• Ages 6 to 8
Simple storytelling, fun activities, basic values, and introduction to characters.
• Ages 9 to 11
Deeper stories, emotions, teamwork, courage, character choices, and discussions on dharma.
• Ages 12 to 14
Leadership, ethics, philosophy, politics, difficult decisions, and deeper meanings within the Mahabharata.
The aim is not just to teach stories, but to help children think, ask questions, reflect, and better understand human nature through one of the greatest epics ever written.
