I am a passionate educator and school leader with rich experience in teaching English and guiding students from primary to middle school levels. As a Principal and facilitator, I strongly believe that every child can learn when taught with the right method, patience, and encouragement.
My teaching approach focuses on building a strong foundation in grammar, vocabulary, and communication skills. I make learning interactive and engaging through storytelling, real-life examples, and activity-based methods. I also support students in developing confidence in speaking, writing, and critical thinking.
I have experience in handling diverse learners, including slow learners and students who need additional attention. I ensure that every child feels comfortable, motivated, and confident in my class.
I integrate global standards in my teaching by incorporating structured language programs, phonetics, and creative learning techniques. My sessions are well-planned, student-friendly, and result-oriented.
Apart from academics, I also guide students in public speaking, creative writing, and project-based learning. I believe in nurturing not just marks, but skills, discipline, and a love for learning.
