My first and foremost duty is to make students conceptually clear
I have teach students friendly manner so that they have no fear to ask doubts.
Chapter based test. Monthly tests.rectify their mistakes.motivste students they can do better in subsequent examinations.my aim is to make increase students confidence to solve problems.problem solving capacity should be developed. I encourage students do problems from R.d sarma and ncert exemplar.I give emphasis on practice problems according to their exam pattern. Assignment is given in each day and it should be checked on next day.
