Am an educator who loves interactive learning environment, learning that is student-centered. Discussion and questions and answers methods are best techniques I do use in my class. Learning that assess knowledge, skill and attitude of the learner. Assessment method I prefer most is projects and community service learning (CSL). This method aims to solve societal problems since major aim of Education is to address challenges that we experience from the societies where we live. Community Service Learning is a tool that confirms that the skills learnt in class are applied in real life. My philosophy as a teacher is that every learner is gifted differently and that several methodologies are needed when dealing with a group of learners, this addresses needs of every learner and this is what makes me a great teacher.
