I am an analytical and results-driven professional with a background in Economics and Information Technology, and proven experience in data analysis, research, and program support. I have worked on development and research projects where I support data collection, management, analysis, and reporting to inform evidence-based decision-making.
I possess strong technical skills in data management and analysis, with hands-on experience using tools such as ODK, CommCare, KoboCollect, Excel, SPSS, STATA, and Power BI. I am experienced in handling data across the full project cycle—from tool deployment and field data collection to data cleaning, analysis, and reporting—while ensuring high standards of data quality and integrity.
I also bring solid experience in training and capacity building. At Rangi Yetu, I recruited, onboarded, and trained over 300 participants in digital literacy, business skills, and entrepreneurship, while tracking their progress and supporting program implementation. At AMREC, I served as a trainer in data analysis, research methodology, and proposal writing, strengthening my ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
In addition, I have supported program implementation through database management, performance tracking, and report preparation. My involvement in research and proposal development has enhanced my understanding of monitoring and evaluation frameworks, including indicator tracking, data quality assurance, and results reporting.
I am highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities within set timelines. I have strong interpersonal and communication skills, and I am committed to delivering accurate, timely, and impactful work.
