I am a Soft Skills and Professional Communication Trainer with 10+ years of experience (since 2014) in training college students, job seekers, homemakers, and working professionals across diverse educational backgrounds including Commerce, Arts, Science, Pharma, Engineering, Architecture, Fashion, and Management.

Currently, I am working as a Soft Skills Trainer with a skill development institute, where I train students to build confidence, improve communication, enhance employability skills and become industry-ready.

Previously, I have worked with Focal Institute as a Soft Skills Trainer and Operations Manager, where I trained students from creative and professional fields. I have also worked with Shodh Advantech LLP (Sambhaji Nagar), training science and pharma students and supporting them in securing placements in reputed companies.

Additionally, I have conducted sessions with professional bodies like ICAI (part-time) and collaborated with Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University (BAMU) across departments for workshops such as ‘Yes I Am a Winner’, focusing on communication, confidence, and employability skills.
