professional with over 30 years of hands-on
experience spanning building construction,
structural steel design, fabrication, and

I founded and currently lead Adebow Global
Concepts Ltd (AGCOL), a registered construction
and a fabrication company in Nigeria, delivering
projects across building construction, steel
fabrication, telecom towers, swimming pools,
pergola roofs, and bespoke structural solutions.

    Roles & Responsibilities
    As Managing Director of AGCOL, I am responsible for setting the overall vision and strategic direction of the company. I oversee all active construction and fabrication projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. I provide structural engineering guidance, review designs, and ensure all work meets Nigerian building standards.
    I manage the company’s finances including budgeting, cost planning, cash flow, and financial forecasting. I source new contracts, negotiate agreements, and maintain strong relationships with clients. I also lead and manage all site teams and office staff, handle procurement of materials and equipment, and ensure quality control across every project.
    Additionally, I ensure the company complies with all regulatory, tax, and legal requirements. My dual background in engineering and accounting allows me to manage both the technical and financial aspects of the business without external dependency.

Fee details

    ₦7,000–50,000/hour (US$5.10–36.45/hour)

    My fee varies based on subject complexity and
    session duration. Basic construction and
    engineering concepts start at NGN 7,000 ($5)
    per hour. Advanced structural engineering,
    cost management, and project consulting
    sessions are charged at NGN 25,000 ($18)
    to NGN 50,000 ($36) per hour depending
    on the depth of work required.
