Since I am a recent high school graduate, I understand the students' needs more properly than older teachers.
Moreover, the syllabus is still fresh in my mind, and I have a lot of teaching experience.
I teach creatively, with immersive examples and doodles and jokes, which hooks the student into the lesson, keeps him/her focused, and makes them understand the concept more clearly than anything else.
I am supportive, encouraging and kind. I am also patient, which I believe is a necessary trait in teachers.
I solve any doubts and any problems related to the academics that the student has.
The student will not see me as a teacher, but rather as a best friend, which makes the learning experience more fun and unique.
