I am a veteran from the IT industry with around 27 years of experience. I am now retired. I am looking to pick up teaching at this point in life. During my vast experience in the IT industry I have mentored numerous juniors who did not have even a basic idea of programming. I have taught people who did not know anything about flow charts or pseudo code and helped them become versatile programmers. I have brought novices up to industry standards. I offer courses in Python. I can teach you Python right from the basics and bring you to the point where you can write code like a veteran. I am an expert in data structures and algorithms. I can teach you how to use Python for web development and also for data analytics using packages like matplotlib and pandas. Additionally I can teach you machine learning in Python using libraries like Scikit-learn. I can also teach neural networks up to an intermediate level using libraries like Numpy. I can also teach Web Development in PHP and MySql. I teach using examples. Coding is like driving. Though theory has its place there is nothing like getting your hands wet by actually writing code. That I believe is what will make a person a good programmer. In addition, I am also an expert at creative writing. I have published five books in the fiction genre and one book in nonfiction. They are available for purchase on Amazon. I write flash fiction too. I maintain a personal blog where I publish my short stories, poems, fictional pieces, articles and several other writeups.
