I am Shashank Reddy. I have completed my BBA with Finance and Accounts specialization. After my graduation, I completed a Python Full Stack Development course and have been working in a school in Bangalore as a Computer Teacher and Admin Manager for the past 2 years.

I can teach students from basic to advanced level in computer subjects in a simple and interactive way. I focus on practical learning by helping students understand concepts through activities, projects, and hands-on practice. I have experience teaching Scratch programming, basic coding, HTML, CSS, Python fundamentals, and computer basics to school students.

I always encourage students to improve their logical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills. My teaching style is student-friendly, patient, and activity-based so that every student can learn comfortably and gain confidence in technology.

Apart from teaching, I have also handled school administration responsibilities, coordinated CBSE-related documentation work, managed student records, and supported school events and academic activities.

My students have shown good improvement in their computer skills, communication, and project-based learning through continuous practice and guidance.
