I'm a facilitator. I guide learners, ask them questions and letting them discover.
My teaching methodology varies from concrete to abstract with real life links.
Relentless belief and community makes me a good teacher because I see potential first reflect on learners abilities and work on their improvement. I also visit parents and plan with co teachers. This helps me to acquire new skills, gain popularity and bond with parents, discuss various ways of improving learners performance. This makes it easy to assess learners and know their areas of difficulty which leads to better performance
