My role would be to provide structured one-to-one support focused on communication, engagement, learning readiness, behaviour for learning, and overall developmental growth.

From my observations so far, I’ve noticed a few areas that may benefit from closer support and monitoring, including:

• speech and communication development,
• limited use of full sentences consistently,
• reduced eye contact at times,
• social engagement and interaction,
• and continued support with potty training and expressive communication.

Every child develops at their own pace, however these are areas I would take seriously and support carefully through structured intervention and guided developmental strategies.
