My name is Naeem, and I’m a qualified Level 5 TEFL teacher from Durban, South Africa.
I have been teaching since 2020, providing one-on-one tutoring to students from Grade 1 to Grade 9, covering a wide range of subjects including Mathematics, English, Economics, Life Sciences, Physical Sciences, Technology, Geography, and History.
This experience has allowed me to develop a strong ability to adapt my teaching style to different ages, learning levels, and individual student needs.
In addition to my teaching experience, I hold a Level 5 TEFL qualification, as well as certification in Teaching Other Subjects in English, which enables me to effectively support students who are learning academic content in English.
My teaching approach is structured, supportive, and results-driven. I focus on helping students build a strong foundation, while also improving confidence in speaking, understanding, and applying English in real-life situations.
I create lessons that are clear, engaging, and tailored to each student, whether the goal is to improve conversational fluency, prepare for exams, or strengthen understanding in school subjects.
I also bring a professional background in business, marketing, and client communication, which helps me support students who are looking to improve their business English and workplace communication skills.
In my lessons, students can expect a patient and motivating environment, where they feel comfortable to learn, ask questions, and make progress at their own pace.
My goal is simple — to help every student improve confidently and achieve real results.
