I am working as an online tutor for students who are going to attend their A/L ICT exam for this year. A/L exams are equivalent to JEE exams in Srilanka. I take tuition for nearly 30 students . I also keep record of every single students improvement to analyze their strength and weakness. Inspite of language barrier(I teach in english of they feel very hard to understand I also switch to tamil and try maximum to sound like native so they understand even better).
