I am a semiconductor industry veteran, educator, and founder of WiByte
, a global programming school focused on helping students truly enjoy coding while building strong computational thinking and problem-solving skills.
I hold a Master’s degree from National University of Singapore and have worked extensively in advanced technology and wireless communications, with published research contributions in the field. Alongside my industry experience, I have a deep passion for teaching and mentoring young learners in computer science.
Over the years, I have taught students from 20+ countries through live online classes and project-based learning programs. My teaching approach focuses on clarity of concepts, logical thinking, creativity, and hands-on application rather than rote coding. Students build games, simulations, problem-solving projects, and real applications while learning concepts step-by-step.
I teach:
- Python Programming
- Computational Thinking
- Scratch Programming
- Algorithms & Data Structures
- Olympiad-style Problem Solving
- Beginner to Advanced Coding for School Students
What makes my classes different:
- Strong focus on fundamentals and logic building
- Interactive, project-based methodology
- Detailed feedback and mentorship
- Encouragement of creativity and independent thinking
- Structured progression from beginner to advanced concepts
Parents across multiple countries have appreciated the balance of rigor, creativity, mentorship, and personal attention in my classes.
Whether you are a beginner starting your coding journey, a school student wanting to strengthen programming foundations, or someone looking for deeper problem-solving skills in Python and algorithms, I aim to make learning engaging, structured, and intellectually rewarding.
