I understand the student, their needs, goals they wish to achieve, their learning pattern and then plan my teaching style accordingly. I have found being understanding and being patient with the students a key asset in the profession of teaching.
Also, I know that every student is different and they have their own pattern of grasping. I feel like the key is to first know the student, build a rapport with them and then proceed forward, This helps the student trust me and rely on me.
Being able to this is what makes me a great teacher!
