I am Hardik

I teach Hatha Yoga. I teach Hatha Yoga with alignments, adjustments and teaching methodology.
I use easy and simple tricks to improve poses/asanas of students.

I design my classes in such a way that the foundation gets stronger from the start and within few weeks students start getting advanced, and they enjoy this advancement themselves.

Hatha Yoga basically includes aasan, pranayam, shatkarma, mudra, bandha. But how to practice these, what is the correct order of practice, everything I teach in my session.

I guarantee after learning by me, student will start to teach Yoga at good level.
