I consider each and every student's learning capability and then I slowly increase their threshold, each student is unique and special I understand the point of view of students and then I proceed with the lesson. I believe in practical knowledge and examples so I used live examples for my lessons, and I have decoded NCERT for science and I have detailed notes for each and every chapter and I concentrate on understanding of students rather than just making them mug up the concepts. And I teach numericals on the basis of biological principles that makes students to improve analytical skills.
