I being a tutor working for tutor.com understood the art of teaching, which is not telling answers or solutions to students directly, but engage student with us in problem solving discussion by constantly asking student on how much he/she knows about it, and giving suggestions and clues on going about problem solving. The student should never be given direct answer, which makes them not to think and it doesn't improve questioning ability and thinking ability of a student. I feel that engagement is required to help students learn and succeed.
