I am a South African born., native English speaking teacher. I am currently living in Sharjah in the United Arab Emirates and I teach elementary school learners in Dubai. I am a dedicated and hardworking individual and I have eight years teaching experience.

I have a lifelong love for teaching and learning and strive to achieve excellence in all that I do.
For my learners, this means I will help you achieve success in the goals that you have set for yourself. I prefer to teach through the use of interactive learning and to create opportunities for my learners to practice in a fun way.

My aim as a tutor, is to create in a deep understanding of content and instill confidence in my students. My philosophy is based on the idea that learning happens in an environment of mutual respect in which the student is encouraged to think and make new connections for themselves.
