For me teaching is my passion and I always try to teach my students according to their needs.Teaching the concepts and then helping them to do the work,based on the concepts. I think a teacher should not grab the opportunity of a student to solve a problem or to do work, a teacher should be the one that teaches how to do work. And I always try to teach my students their academics and how to use these concepts to solve a problem or how to answer the questions, the students themselves should do the work,I will never grab their opportunity, but will help if needed.
