I work with every student at different pace depending on the students. I try to make the subject as interesting as possible. When students are doing well it gives me satisfaction. I have good communication skills which make it easy for me to convey the knowledge. I focus on basics and once the foundation is developed every thing becomes easy. I believe everyone can learn anything if we employ the proper techniques. I always encourage my students and appreciate them when they are doing well. I always encourage creativity in a way that increases student performance. I am always willing to work beyond the call of duty.
