I believe in doing..and if the parents are satisfied with my teaching then i can stay longer...as my process is bit different i believe in writing and practicing and i take tests in the end of the week..at first i teach the chapter then do the question answers thn ask the students to learn and write thn I ask about doubts then i take tests and after that move on to the next chapter... firstly i complete the school book then if there is time i go for other books..bt main focus is school book
