I am a hardworking and passionate fitness instructor. I teach virtual classes on Zoom. I teach cardio, strength training and body weight exercises.
Fitness of mind & body is very essential. I make sure I talk to my students after each class to ensure that they feel energized and active after class.
I make sure that my students have a good workout and that they look forward to their next high octane session with me!
I offer them health and diet tips so they continue to stay inspired and remain on track to reach their fitness goals.

Fun and Motivating!

Farah makes working out fun! She is high energy, and adapts the workouts to match my skill level. It's super easy working with her and coordinating online classes. You can really tell she enjoys dancing and teaching which motivates me to keep up!

Makes it look easy!

Great class! At first I thought the classes weren’t giving me enough of a workout. 15 mins later I was winded! She makes the class look easy while still keeping the class interesting ! Thanks for everything!
