Background
I am yoga instructor done master in yoga from Rishikesh with very well experience of 11 years with many yogis of Rishikesh. I am providing both private yoga classes and online yoga classes, for groups, personal, couples and kids also. I am expert in Hatha yoga, Power yoga, Meditation, yoga nidra, kids yoga and therapeutic yoga.

Methodology
My teaching yoga is little different from other trainers as I plan my classes according to strength, flexibility and need of clients, while working on what they want from yoga. More difference you can feel after you do1 month session. Hope to see you soon.....

Fantastic yoga sessions

Suraj is a very dedicated teacher who gives a lot of focus on the postures and does corrections wherever necessary. He is really good in imparting flexibility through his yoga sessions

Best yoga teacher that I got in last 10 years

I have done yoga with Suraj sir, he is really very good yoga teacher especially for me, he cured my back pain completely and also increased my strength and flexibility within few months. This is the best yoga teacher that I got in last 10 years.
