Sahaja yoga is a divine work where you will be given self realization.It is free because it is your own power that can actually take you out of your depression.It is a divine work and hence free of cost.Just like you cannot pay God for oxygen similarly you cannot pay for this meditation.

The teaching style will be very easy and relaxing.You just need to sit in complete silence.Moreover,you will be given various websites, telephone no's. through which you may learn so much more.
