I am teaching IGCSE and A level Business Studies, Economics and Accountancy for the past 14 years. I taught 5 years in India and 6 years in Jakarta, Indonesia and currently 3 years in Malvern College Chengdu,China,under my guidance most of my students achieved A* and A in Business Studies,Economics and Accountancy in IGCSE and A level.

I am Cambridge Examiner for Business Studies and Economics, I served as the Cambridge Examination officer, University counselor for students,Head of Department of Commerce and Co-curriculum activity coordinator for 4 years in Jakarta,Indonesia I have s attended Cambridge face to face training for Business Studies and Economics IGCSE and A level and also IB trained in Economics, I was also one of trainer for Cambridge Examination officer workshop held by Cambridge International Examination in Jakarta 2017,

I believe that every student is unique, I used VARK methods,inquiry and skills based approach in the teaching The students have multiple learning styles, some learn best in lecture atmospheres, some are motivated by discussion, and others absorb best when they read and reflect on what they have read. The classroom setting can encourage or inhibit learning depending on the dominant learning style of each student. Accommodating different learning styles can creates an atmosphere that is conducive to learning. Students take many of their learning habits from the instructor. If the instructor doesn't show interest in the subject and a passion for learning, students are less likely to put forth the effort to learn in that class. An instructor must convince students of his or her knowledge and expertise before they will show a willingness to learn.
