An accomplished Wellness Consultant with 8 years of experience with International exposure in Yoga, Neurotherapy, and Pranic Healing. Provided services to various places like Prisons, Hospitals, Corporate, Schools, and Colleges for Physical, Emotional and Spiritual Well beings. Basically I was in IT field, was working in HCL. Because of My Passion in Yoga, I changed my carrier into Yoga.

Emotion is the root cause for all the Physical and Mental disorders. Changing emotions is really difficult part in life. Even though everyone think to show love and compassion towards others, in some situation it becomes impossible which is the turning point in our life. To make impossible into possible and To let everyone understand the meaning of Pure Happiness, We are providing Integrated Approach of Yoga Therapy which includes Diet, Kriya, Asana, Pranayama, Meditation, Yogic Games, Neurotherapy Pranic Healing and Foot Reflexology for Pancha Kosha's. I would like to show or let others experience about what is the real benefits of Yoga which is beyond body and mind.

My Motto is to improve the quality of life of not just an individual but of communities by teaching the importance of living a well - balanced healthy life through Prana. Let's work together to fill the world with positive vibes.
