Academic Preparation:
With my life-long passion for teaching and training, I have successfully tutored weak adult students individually and improved their grades from C to A by patiently ensuring their understanding and coaching them on the correct approach in answering essay-type questions.

My greatest motivation in teaching comes from improving the student's studying techniques which often results in enhancing the student's level of confidence and hence leading to scoring better grades.

Career Preparation:
For those who are facing challenges with their careers, I will provide practical coaching based on relevant skills and real business world experience and not on theories or fanciful concepts.

My Approach:
Based on my years of teaching and training experience, I found students have gained much if they were not intimidated by teachers who were too strict or impatient. I believe being patient and willing to walk the extra mile in order to ensure the student's understanding of the subject taught, will encourage a weak student to persevere and eventually improve.
