Analytical, however sticks to the fundamentals.
In maths, I explain the way to derive the formula rather than telling the student to remember it.
In between, I challenge students with riddles and vocabulary.
In English, I concentrate on grammar. I will explain all the important concepts from root level.
You will find the difference in performance in a week's time.
I'm a learner. If there is a conflict of interest with the student in any topic, I would check, analyse and with the proper information, I would explain it.
I would also concentrate on the habits of the student.
If the students are willing, I would teaching them things like Rubix Cube, solving Sudoku.. etc (the mentioned are those I taught to my students earlier).
With fun, logic, subject I would somehow let the students cope with me easily.
