I am a Management professor, having 26 years working experience both in Corporate sector and management education. My favourite areas of teaching are Organizational Behaviour, Principles and Practices of Management, HRM, Labour Laws, Soft skills, etc. I am taking my classes with the help of story telling, role playing, brainstorming, case studies discussion, which enhance highest learning reinforcement among learners. I give more focus on practical application of their knowledge to connect it with Industry practices, so that students get a first hand knowledge which enhance their future employability. I am a great motivational Teacher and Trainer. I firmly belief Individual potentiality for any category of students, My principal duty is to stimulate the students in such a way that they will be highly inspired and ready to devote their 100% in their studies. I have been doing this practice since last 16 years and received a splendid result. Teaching is the most noble profession. I try to do my job in the best way, I find a great joy in my work. Students success is my main motto.
